**Project Overview**
The National Gallery of Australia is seeking a Head Contractor to deliver Stage 1 of the construction of the National Sculpture Garden. The successful contractor will be responsible for translating the design vision into a built reality, managing complex site logistics, and adhering to strict timelines and statutory requirements.
**Key Requirements**
* The Head Contractor must have experience in delivering large-scale construction projects with multiple stakeholders, including live cultural precincts.
* The project requires collaboration with the Principal Design Consultant and compliance with the National Gallery's operational protocols.
* The contractor must be accredited under the Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme.
**Contract Details**
The contract duration is approximately 2 years, with Stage 1a commencing in May 2027 and subsequent stages concluding by June 2028.
