Salary: $79,755 - $102,048 p.a. pro rata

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/10/2026.



Job Summary


This is an opened ended recruitment pool for permanent full time, permanent part time, fixed term full time, fixed term part time and casual appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. As part of a Mental Health multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive evidence based nursing care to patients.



Responsibilities


Facilitates and promotes patient safety and quality of care. The Registered Mental Health Nurse practices within their scope of practice considerate of the Nursing and Midwifery Board’s Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.

Eligibility


To be eligible for a permanent appointment to the Western Australian public sector is essential that you are an Australian citizen or have permanent residency status in Australia. To be eligible for a fixed term appointment you must have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the period of the contract.
