Salary Range: $318,268.93 - $552,284 per annum pro rata (inclusive of base salary, 11.5% superannuation and applicable allowances)

About the Role:



We are seeking experienced Health Service Medical Practitioners, General Practitioners or Rural Generalists registered with either the Royal Australian College of General Practice (RACGP) or the Australian College Regional Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) with skills additional skills in Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics, Anaesthetics, Surgery and/or General Medicine.

Remuneration



The advertised salary range is based on the following classifications under the WA Health System – Medical Practitioners - AMA Industrial Agreement 2022.

Fixtures and Benefits

Eligibility for Specialist International Medical Graduates (SIMGs):



For a permanent appointment to the Western Australian public sector, it is essential that you are an Australian citizen or hold permanent residency status in Australia. We welcome applications from SIMGs; however, are only able to appoint those who have received a determination of ‘Substantially Comparable’ due to the limitation in supervision provisions.

Please Note: Fellowship with the college is not required for Health Service Medical Practitioners (HSMPs). There will be additional sections to fill if you are intending to be considered for either District Medical Officer – Procedural Anaesthetics or Obstetrics roles.
